Cycle 1 : ยซ Yoga Mobility : Strength & Flexibility builders - Beginner/Intermediate ยป
Designed specifically for climbers, this class blends yoga principles with functional mobility work to support your body on (and off) the wall. Whether youโre looking to complement your training or wind down after a bouldering session, this practice builds the foundations of fluid, injury-resistant movement.
Through a mix of dynamic flows, active flexibility drills, and bodyweight strength exercises, we target the shoulders, hips, and spine โ the joints most challenged by climbing. The goal is to develop greater range of motion, improve joint stability, and build confidence and comfort on the wall. The practice helps prevent injury, refine body control, and deepen your connection to how your body moves in space.
Open to all levels, this class offers variations so you can progress at your own pace โ whether youโre a seasoned climber or just getting started. If itโs your very first time doing yoga, you may prefer beginning with the โbeginner/intermediateโ cycle.

Yogis Masters
Passionate teachers who will help you take care of your body and make it a truly harmonious temple.
Agathe Emprin
I discovered yoga in Taiwan in 2015, then deepened my practice in small studios in Singapore before training as a teacher in Indonesia. Today, I guide my students through dynamic flows that rely on fluid movement and breathing, with a functional approach to yoga.
Optimistic, a bon vivant, and passionate about nature, I see yoga as a true ally for progressing in other disciplinesโin addition to all its benefits for the body and mind. In my classes, egos are kept at bay: we experiment, we help each other, and we smile, without taking ourselves too seriously, in a caring and inclusive space.
