YOGA FLOW Movement & Breath [1h30]

Open to all levels. Variations are offered so everyone can progress at their own pace.

This dynamic class helps you explore or deepen your yoga practice while supporting the way you move in everyday life and sport. Through fluid sequences and mindful transitions, the practice builds a strong, balanced body and a focused, calm mind. Itโ€™s a complete practice combining movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness.

Sessions include flowing sequences that develop strength, mobility, and coordination while improving balance and body awareness. Particular attention is given to shoulders, hips, knees, and spinal health to support sustainable, injury-free movement. Breathwork and short grounding practices are woven throughout to help regulate the nervous system and bring clarity and focus to your movement.

YOGA RESTORE Recovery & Relaxation [1h]

Open to all levels. Props and variations allow everyone to settle into the practice comfortably.

This class is designed to help your body recover and reset after physical effort. Blending restorative yoga, yin postures, gentle mobility, and breathwork, the practice releases accumulated tension and supports deep physical and mental recovery.
ย
Expect a slow, grounding session with longer holds and deep stretches targeting the areas that work hardest in sport: shoulders, hips, knees, and spine. The practice encourages relaxation while restoring mobility and balance in the body. Breathwork and guided relaxation calm the nervous system, helping reduce stress and support better sleep and recovery.

YOGA MOBILITY Strength & Flexibility [1h30]

Open to all levels, with variations to adapt the intensity and progress safely.

This class focuses on building the physical foundations for strong, resilient movement. Combining yoga principles with functional mobility training, it develops both strength and flexibility to support your body in climbing, sport, and everyday life.

Expect a mix of active flexibility work, controlled mobility drills, and bodyweight strength exercises. The practice targets key joints: shoulders, hips, and spine, helping increase range of motion while strengthening the muscles that stabilize and protect them. The goal is to improve body control, prevent injuries, and build sustainable performance over time.

Yogis Masters

Passionate teachers who will help you take care of your body and make it a truly harmonious temple.

Agathe Emprin

I discovered yoga in Taiwan in 2015, then deepened my practice in small studios in Singapore before training as a teacher in Indonesia. Today, I guide my students through dynamic flows that rely on fluid movement and breathing, with a functional approach to yoga.

Optimistic, a bon vivant, and passionate about nature, I see yoga as a true ally for progressing in other disciplinesโ€”in addition to all its benefits for the body and mind. In my classes, egos are kept at bay: we experiment, we help each other, and we smile, without taking ourselves too seriously, in a caring and inclusive space.

โ€œHeight has nothing to do with it, it is your strength that counts.โ€
