As soon as workshops are scheduled, they are announced in our monthly newsletters and updated in the list on our EXPLORE platform.

✦ Wellness

If you want to reach the top, you have to take care of yourself.

Your body is a temple; remember to take care of it and treat it with respect.

[u-1]Physio[/u-1] at your fingertips

After two years of practice and follow-up at Camp de Base, Charlotte has specialized in climbing-related pathologies. She now works with most of the high-level athletes who train there.

Why see a physiotherapist?

  • Injury prevention (tendinopathy, joint pain, etc.)
  • Recovery after intense exertion
  • Post-injury rehabilitation (pulley, lumbricals, ACL, shoulder, etc.)
  • Optimizing your training sessions
  • Planning
  • Comprehensive climber-focused screening

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, and with a practice right here at Base Camp, distance is no excuse to skip your consultation.

Open to all levels, with equipment and modifications provided for maximum comfort.

Designed to support post-workout recovery, this class combines restorative yoga, yin poses, gentle mobility work, and breathing exercises. Poses are held longer to release deep-seated tension, restore mobility, and calm the nervous system.

We focus on the areas most used in climbing and sports—shoulders, hips, knees, and the spine—to ensure optimal physical and mental recovery.

Agathe the flow

To me, yoga is a fantastic complement to other disciplines, while also bringing numerous benefits to both body and mind. In my classes, we experiment, support one another, and progress in a kind, inclusive, and laid-back environment.
